In this weeks edition of “Marketing Mondays” we wanted to give you the inside scoop into some of our best kept secret (or now, not-so-secret) marketing tips and more.

1. USER GENERATED CONTENT as ADs

User-generated content (better known as UGC) has been on the top shelf of some of our best performing posts and ads for our clients here at 12 Creative.

Not only do the CTR and CPC go way down on ads, but the view rate increases significantly!

Here’s our friend – @mshangryfoodie – doing a food review which garnered 28.5K views and 700+ Likes on an Instagram Reel. We took this amazing post and turned into an Ad that crushed it.

With a high view rate, you can build on this to re-target ads and send consumers down the funnel with higher intent ads and content.


2. GIVE, GIVE, AND GIVE SOME MORE
I believe in always filling that top of funnel – which is why we continue to focus on giving as much value we can away for FREE.

Keep your audience on any platform Inspired, Educated and Entertained. This is the the formula to ensure that you have an evergreen top-of-funnel.


3. E-MAIL MARKETING
Email lists are SO important. Why?

Because you now own your audience. Don’t be at the mercy of Instagram, TikTok or Google constantly changing their features or the algorithm, then all of a sudden – 💥 BOOM 💥 – your views are down 50%.

You should always be building a strong email marketing list for you and your business to keep in touch with your audience.

HERE’S AN EMAIL MARKETING HACK:

I’ve personally used this formula for our clients to get their customers to take action.

Create an amazing subject that hooks them in
Tell an amazing and compelling story – often a real-life story and how you overcame the problem
Agitate Pain
Empathize with them; re-iterate their desire
Explain how you solve their problem with your unique solution or product
Leave off with a strong offer and guarantee
Add a strong CTA and make this stand out!

 


4. BEST AD HOOKS OF THE DAY
Here are some of the best ad copy, strategies, and headlines that our team here at 12 have been taking notes from.
