PLANIT SOUND: RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE TASTE OF HOME GALA
Working with PlanIt Sound, we were tasked to design the brand around the Taste of Home Gala, an annual gala for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Ronald McDonald House supports families with children who are seeking medical treatment for a serious illness or injury. The theme of the event was bringing the “taste” of home to the guests and for them to gain a deeper understanding of the Ronald McDonald House.
Event materials were centred around the concept of the home and taste. By illustrating the front of the iconic Ronald McDonald House, we were able to replicate the experience of house guests taking photos in front of the house. The house remained at the forefront of the marketing materials leading to the event and throughout all the event signage and branding.

An all-star lineup of Edmonton chefs utilized their talents to make a special menu of meals that remind them of home. All guests were provided with a cook book filled with carefully crafted recipes by the chefs. The event was able successfully raise substantially well over its expected fundraising goal on a restricted budget.
