ENCORE HOMES

Encore Homes is an accredited home construction company based in Edmonton. While they’ve been well known to a niche community of home buyers in Edmonton for years, there was still a wide range of home hunters who hadn’t heard of them. In 2016 Encore Homes needed a campaign strategy that would increase brand awareness and have fellow Edmontonians choosing them first when seeking their new home.

12 Creative worked alongside Encore Homes to develop The Dream Home campaign, designed to inject excitement and urgency into the home buying experience. The project included graphic and print design, campaign branding, and targeted direct mail marketing. The Dream Home campaign resulted in a significant increase in conversions of visits to Encore’s showhomes.
