Our team at 12 Creative was excited to collaborate with Laurent Student Housing when they reached out for innovative campaign ideas and a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost student demand for their luxury housing on the University of Alberta campus.

We delivered by filling their leasing pipeline with eager students and have since continued to provide ongoing support through marketing, design, and social media management. Our work has helped build sustained awareness and drive interest for this one-of-a-kind student living experience.
