Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

There is unlimited design requests you can make, but based on your package, you may be limited to 1 or 3 designs per time. 

Are any discounts offered?

Yes, if you commit to quarterly or yearly plans there are discounts offered. Talk to our team to learn more.  

What Happens when I PAUSE our subscription.

When you pause your monthly subscription you are able to start again wherever you left off, giving you days left in the billing cycle into your next cycle. 

Can I CANCEL anytime?

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to start again you may be subject to updated subscription fees and how the 12 Creative client capacity at the time.  We recommend you pausing your plan.  

Rush Requests

You may ask for on demand or rush requests and we will always do our best to accommodate if possible.

What if I am not Happy with the Design?

You will have unlimited changes until you are happy. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
